Abstruct Consulting provided structural and civil design services for the fit out of this Swingers entertainment venue in the City. The main works included the design of a new mezzanine with tight depth restrictions due to head height issues, new pumped drainage for the bar and toilet areas and a new entrance lobby and staircase.
