ABSTRUCT provided structural engineering design for the structural alterations and fit out of this entertainment venue in a victorian terraced property in Islington North London. The project involved loading assessments of the existing ground and first floor structures, strengthening of the existing timber beam structures with new steel plates, advice on the hanging of services from the existing structure soffit.
