ABSTRUCT provided full structural and civil engineering for this new-build residentail flats development on the site of a former petrol filling station. Work entailed challenging ground condtions with new raft foundations together with a lower ground floor to the front of the site which required ABSTRUCT to design and agree a new highways retaining wall and Approval in Principle (AIP) with Kent Highways.
