Abstruct Consulting Ltd provided structural engineering design services for the structural steelwork and new reinforced concrete foundation to support a new D450 Daktronics digital display screen ( 7.68m high x 5.12m wide). The structure incorporated a ‘walk-in-box’ style assembly providing access platforms to the rear of the screens, all supported on a central support leg. The steelwork was arranged and fabricated to enable quick on-site assembly.
