ABSTRUCT provided full civil engineering design services for this mixed use development.  The development consists of a new artificial football pitch (specialist design), clubhouse with stands and 42 units (mix of terraced houses and flats) with associated access roads and extensive parking. As part of the development, a public sewer diversion / build over agreement was required which involved complex negotiations and discussions with the sewer authority and local planning authority.
