ABSTRUCT provided full civil engineering design services as well as substructure design for this luxury housing development consisting of 9 units. Towards the later stages of the construction a fundamental design re-think for the surface water drainage outfall was necessary to overcome outside influences. ABSTRUCT were able to meet this challenge and ultimately resolve it, delivering a viable alternative solution to enable the client to deliver the development.
