ABSTRUCT provided full civil and structural engineering design for phase 1 of a new Data Centre complex. Phase 1 consisted of the detailed design and construction of the first of four three storey buildings with associated external works and the overall civil engineering masterplan for the whole complex. The building is a braced steel frame structure with large clear internal spans. Abstruct worked closely with the Client and design team through all stages of the project from conception to handover.
