ABSTRUCT provided full Structural and Civil Engineering Design for the redevelopment of an old pre-war industrial estate into a new modern industrial estate consisting of 6 steel framed units, one of which was a large stand alone unit that became a new Travis Perkins builder merchant. The development was served by a mixture of pumped and gravity drainage system. The development required improvement works to the existing access which were delivered via a Section 278 agreement. Within the development new access roads and associated car parking / service yards were provided, all designed by ABSTRUCT.
