Abstruct headed to Deal in December to learn some new skills! With an ex chef in the team the competition to make the best pasta was tough! It was a great day at Chequers Kitchen with head chef Pieter leading us through the steps to make linguine and several delicious pesto sauces. Based by the coast the cookery school is a social enterprise teaching people to cook, eat well, and develop a healthy relationship with food.
