ABSTRUCT provided full structural and civil engineering design services for this first phase of the redevelopment of the Midleton Industrial Estate for Guildford Borough Council. The buildings are of braced steel framed construction with traditional pad footings and ground bearing warehouse floor slabs and are served by a gravity drainage system.
