ABSTRUCT provided structural and civil engineering design for the 2-part project on the site of the former King Charles Hotel and night clubs. The first phase was for the demolition of the existing night club buildings and significant structural alterations to the remaining end of the hotel. Phase 2 was for the design of two new-build 5 storey blocks of flats up to planning and pre-tender stage.
