Brownfield development within secure site with 0.5 MW critical IT Capacity over 440m2 . Abstruct provided full structural and civil engineering design from RIBA Stage 4 to 6, working for a Design and Build Contractor. The building was required to have SR4 security rating with associated secondary steelwork.
