"Having spent much of my childhood driving past my dad’s architectural projects on our way to family days out, my interest in construction was fuelled at an early age. My obsession with straight lines and rulers however meant that following in my dad’s footsteps was not for me and I found structural engineering to be a better fit. I now have over 25 years’ experience in structural engineering and have worked across many sectors including data centres; retail, schools, commercial developments; sporting venues and bar/restaurant fit-outs. My expertise lies in steel framed buildings and using my knowledge and experience to advise and help my clients to achieve their visions. I joined Abstruct in 2015 as a senior project engineer and have progressed to become the Technical Director of the structures Team. Abstruct is a group of talented individuals who work together as an incredible team to deliver what our clients want."
